At Adeem Ventures, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All original tags, accessories, manuals, or freebies are included
• The return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery (You can choose 7, 10, or 14 days)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
• Innerwear, lingerie, socks
• Cosmetics or skincare products (if opened)
• Perishable or consumable goods
• Customized or personalized items
• Clearance / Final sale items
Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact us via Email / WhatsApp / Support Form
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: We will approve and guide you on how to ship the item back
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange
Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
We will:
• Replace the item OR
• Issue a full refund (including shipping)
Refund Options
Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:
• Online Payment (Card/Wallet/Bank): 5–10 business days
• Store Credit: Instant and can be used on future orders
Exchange Policy
You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank or wallet balance again
2. Contact your bank/payment provider (processing time varies)
